We arrived from Sochi for a day. The hotel is new: clean, cozy, everything you need is available. A cafe area is currently being built on the ground floor, while it is not working, but the room was pleasantly pleased with the most delicious Abkhaz tangerines, tea and water in the world. We checked in with a child — we were provided with a cot and an additional set of towels without a separate request. The market and the sea are relatively close. The staff is top notch, nice and attentive girls! Wi-fi works smoothly. The hotel left a great impression. We highly recommend it and definitely plan to return!

I really liked the hotel, it was very clean, the rooms had a white (well, such a light milky) fluffy carpet on the floor, it was perfectly clean. Perfectly white bed linen, pleasant, natural, apparently. The mattress is great, I fell asleep right away, I slept great. I liked the large floor-to-ceiling windows, they open. The bathroom has underfloor heating. A very sweet and charming girl at the reception, we checked in late, suggested where we could have dinner, even dropped off the menu, and called us a taxi. And thank her very much, the place is really amazing, in the port of Sukhumi, and very tasty. There are a lot of channels on TV, you can watch it if you want. The Wi-Fi was great, fast, and everything was fine. Thank you so much, it was wonderful! Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the view from the window, but perhaps we got such a room. In principle, we didn't really need this view. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, huge, and there's plenty of sun and light.

The masters of cleanliness cleaned the room every day! You feel at home in this hotel, in care, comfort and comfort! I was very pleased with the compliment, upon arrival, in the form of tangerines in the room, and a bottle of branded sparkling wine with tangerines for my birthday Thanks to all the staff and the hotel for a wonderful winter vacation! We will definitely come back! 🤗 ❤️
