Nice economy class hotel, the rooms are clean. The staff speaks Russian. There is a courtyard with a Playground. There are two tables near the reception, a microwave, a kettle, and a sink. One of the disadvantages is the ground floor in the basement.

It's not a bad hotel, but it should be borne in mind that it is located in the basement. Accordingly, the windows in the rooms are semi-basement. You can only stay in rooms facing the courtyard. We unknowingly took a room with windows facing the street and it was not a night, but a nightmare. There is no air conditioning in the room, respectively, it is very hot in summer, the fan does not save. If you open the window, there is a wild noise from the transport, which travels literally at the level of the head of the sleepers (because of the basement windows). In general, it was not a night, but a torture. But most likely there is no such problem with the rooms facing the courtyard. As it is, everything is clean enough, the staff is friendly. So don't repeat our mistake.
