Those people have already paid for the test and they don't know what to do at all. Update: I had an appointment with a doctor today, who referred me for this test, not knowing that there might be any problems. The doctor repeatedly apologized for the situation and was in constant contact at the time when everything was happening, then the main administrator came and also apologized, and as a regular customer, they gave me a very pleasant bonus. I conclude that the clinic more than cares, this is a very important and correct approach. We've figured out how the test is done now, and I hope there won't be any such problems in the future.
