A large room for four people, one large double bed and two mattresses on the floor in the other room, there is also a sofa and a table. The room has a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer. There is a balcony with a sea view, also with chairs and a table. I took off one star, because they promised to clean every three days, we were there for six days and five nights, cleaning was not done even once, the bed linen was not changed. If you need to change the towel, then pick it up and carry it yourself. Most of all, I was struck by the fact that hygiene products are not reported, I can still understand the savings of shampoo and conditioner, but the savings of toilet paper, I'm meeting for the first time, so if you're going to stay in this guest house, stock up on paper

We stayed at the Letto guest house for the first time in October 2025, the photos correspond to reality, the room is clean, cozy, has everything you need, including air conditioning and a heater. We liked everything from the staff to the location. Marina is always in touch and all issues are resolved instantly. We extended our stay without any problems at our request. Some positive impressions remained from our stay in Gagra thanks to the hospitality of the LETTO guest house.

We stayed at this hotel in Gagra 5 times and were always very satisfied! The rooms are large, cozy and clean. There is everything you need. Especially pleasing is the exit to the terrace - a great place to drink coffee in the morning. The location is just great - everything is within walking distance and the sea is literally two steps away (100 meters). We will definitely come back here more than once.
