I ordered a birthday bouquet on 05/08/2026. The actual bouquet of flowers did not match the chosen bouquet on the website. It was smaller in size and height of the bouquet, when communicating with the manager, they promised to be more magnificent and for a higher price than it was indicated on the website. When making an order, the price on the website is the same, but the manager says a different one on the phone (adjusts the shipping cost and the minimum cost of ordering a bouquet) . There was also a mistake in the bouquet with the number of flowers, 1 rose was not placed. Disappointment with the service and delivery.

This is not the first time I have ordered in Petal, I even made an order from Siberia – everything was delivered on time and beautifully decorated in RB. The recipient is always happy. We also took flowers and a wedding bouquet from them for the wedding, did everything as agreed and arranged a discount, which pleasantly surprised us! Before the wedding, I was looking for eucalyptus (I started late - in a week and a half or two, I can't remember for sure), they couldn't collect the right amount in many salons, and the price was biting. Here they promised and brought everything as agreed.The interior is reliable, it is convenient to work remotely.
