It's delicious and the design is good. Only there is no service. As there is no control in the hall. No one is watching for anything. It all kind of goes without saying... inefficient staff, roles are not distributed. There is no clear, coordinated, constructive work. We need a strong administrator, a professional in his field, who will set up the system. This institution is in dire need of him.
