When I arrived in Batumi, I was very glad that I chose this particular hotel! It is located in a cozy, quiet part of the city, the center is within walking distance, and the road is pleasant. The room is new, like everything else, comfortable, clean, with a cool high mattress on the bed, with blackout curtains. The breakfasts are excellent, and even in January, on a warm morning, I went out to drink coffee on the terrace. The friendliest breakfast workers! One of the disadvantages is that in my bathroom, the rubber tube under the sink was positioned so that part of it lay on the ledge, because of this, the water hardly left and stagnated, I had to periodically manually stir this tube.

I stayed at the Landmark on Haidar Abashidze Street for only two days, alone, on business. Initially, I didn't even expect a wow effect, I just needed a comfortable room with normal Internet and breakfast. But the hotel was very pleasantly surprised. The first thing that catches your eye is the staff. The guys at the reception are friendly, smiling, without unnecessary officiousness. But the main discovery is breakfast. The cook and the whole team who work there in the mornings are just gold. They are very nice and sincerely welcome every guest. On the first day, I arrived after eleven (breakfast is officially until 11), but I was greeted like an old friend, fed, watered, and poured coffee into my room. And the food is really delicious, homely, satisfying. The room is clean, fresh, smells nice, no mustiness or chemicals. The air conditioner is set up without dancing with a tambourine, everything works. For a working person, this is important: you can get a good night's sleep and work quietly in the room. I didn't find any disadvantages for myself. Honestly, I expected less for the money. The location is convenient: you can easily walk to the park, the old town and the embankment. There are shops nearby, if you need anything, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. In general, I recommend it. For those who are on a business trip, it's ideal: quiet, comfortable, and the staff is excellent. For a regular vacation, if you don't need animation and noisy pools, it's also great.

We arrived at this hotel for 7 days. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The breakfasts are good (buffet) everything you need in the morning is there, porridge, vegetables, fruits, coffee)) etc. We would like to say thank you separately for the hospitality of Hasmik (who works in the kitchen), she was always polite and did not mind talking! She made her stay at the hotel at home. All the staff understood and spoke to us in Russian, thank you for your understanding. I give 4 stars because of the reception. Russian russians (as soon as they heard Russian) refused to speak Russian and asked us to speak English, but they understood us perfectly. And our room cards were blocked twice (I hope it was just a system failure, and not purposefully) Also, if check-out takes place at night, then a lunchbox is provided. We went to the reception and warned about departure, they told us they would bring everything in the evening, but they didn't bring anything.
