An unpleasant incident occurred today. The employee gave out fewer items than were in the order. Neither she nor I noticed this at the time of the issue. But when I tried it on, I realized that one product was missing. The employee was sure that she had given me everything, detained me for half an hour of checking, while the check was going on, she did not clarify, did not give feedback on what was happening at all, I think it's worth notifying the buyer of what was happening, that at the moment she would check the cameras and let go. I had to ask to understand the situation, because she started accepting clients without telling me. After clarifying the circumstances, she didn't even apologize for her mistake or for the time I was waiting.
