Beautiful and unusual territory, many pedestrian zones, separate bike paths. I liked that the Belarusian forest was included in the modern landscape plan. Special thanks for the gravel paths, they look natural and it's comfortable to walk on them. Beautiful pier area, swing. But with the influx of visitors, there are very long queues at the food court, and you will have to wait 20-30 minutes for coffee. It's the same story with food. And there is no active population in the area. In a year or two, it is likely that the area needs to be expanded or there will be a feeling of an anthill.
