I accidentally ran in there. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no queue. I ordered two random shawarma, and I was offered a special offer of two large ones for the price of two small ones. Sooooo nice! When I got home, I also enjoyed the taste. It's really very juicy and delicious!

In early April, I placed an online order for 7 items. I made a payment through the website and it remains only to pick up the finished product. Another person went to pick up the order, who did not know that everything had already been paid for. But when the order was picked up, they made a repeat payment. A couple of days later, I contacted the manager through the number listed on the website (although it says for operational communication, they did not answer 4 calls during the day and only called back in the evening). The manager found out the details of the order and said that the money would be refunded to the card within 3 weeks. It's been a little over 3 weeks, there's still no money, and now they don't answer the phone, they don't even call back (I've been trying to get through at different times for 3 days in a row)!!! I also wrote to the mail for the fitback, but there was no response from there either. It's just a terrible attitude towards customers, I won't buy anything else and I don't advise you.

We would like to leave a review, but this time it's negative. We love your establishment on Pushkinskaya Street so much that we came from all over the world especially to you to eat shawarma. We always tipped the staff, but today we faced an unpleasant situation when ordering: we paid extra for the sauce (double portions), but they didn't give it to us. having come back to the restaurant with this shawarma to clarify the question: did the cook forget, anything happens + rush hour. they replied that the sauce had been added and did not investigate. There was no sauce at 110%, the taste of big testi was hard to confuse, there was only ketchup + shawarma incorrectly rolled, which meant that I had to eat only pita bread on one side. honestly? the wrong side of customer orientation. pour 10 grams of sauce into the container — it would not have played a loss, but it left satisfied customers, and there was an unpleasant aftertaste that I don't really want to return after that.
