There is a great store in our neighborhood where I often go to buy groceries. It is famous for the fact that you can always find fresh and high-quality products there at affordable prices. The assortment is large: fruits, vegetables, dairy products, bread and much more. It's always nice to come here and find everything you need for your home. But there is one problem: the security guard who works there often scolds visitors. She may make a remark for no particular reason or speak rudely to people, even if no one breaks the rules. This creates an unpleasant atmosphere and spoils the impression of the store. It would be great if employees treated customers with more kindness.
