Ужас, а не котельная. Когда это здание отапливало наши дома – всегда мёрзли, видимо сменщик бухал вместо работы, либо наоборот шпарили, что дома ужареешь. Зато платили бешеные деньги за это отопление, что даже эксплуатиция моего трактора и то дешевле выходила.
