Not just a clinic, but a rescue. I bow low to Dr. Valeria Sergeevna Slesarenko! I want to share a story that, I hope, will give faith to those who, like us, found themselves in despair. My daughter suffered a serious injury: four of her front permanent teeth were damaged after the fall, and one was completely knocked out. A journey full of fear and hopelessness began. After the hospital, we were faced with closed doors... We probably called all the clinics in Minsk, and everywhere we heard the same answer: "No, we can't." Despair overwhelmed him, the child's condition worsened before his eyes: the gums swelled, urgent interventions were required, and there was nowhere to wait for help. And here's a ray of hope: "The Little Prince Clinic." When I got through, almost not believing in a miracle, instead of a formal refusal, I heard: "We'll figure something out." These words were a turning point. The administrator, to whom I am immensely grateful, showed not just professionalism, but real human involvement, did everything possible and impossible to help us. The very next day, Valeria Sergeevna Slesarenko received us. He's not just a doctor, he's a guardian angel for our family. She immediately took the situation into her own hands, surrounded her daughter with care and calmness. And then, throughout the most difficult period, she was always in touch, receiving us urgently, at any necessary time! It was incredibly difficult, we gave up more than once, but her confidence, professionalism and kind heart did not allow us to give up. And she performed a miracle – the tooth, which seemed to be lost, managed to defend! We are currently continuing treatment, and I am immensely happy that fate brought us to this particular clinic and this particular doctor. The Little Prince is not just a medical facility. This is a place where truly human values live: kindness, responsiveness and willingness to help in the most difficult moment. Our most sincere and deep gratitude goes out to Valeria Sergeevna and the entire clinic staff. You are the best!
