WhatsApp communication was disgusting: short robot-like answers that did not provide the necessary information, ignoring specific questions and basic politeness. The request to leave an email for a complaint was not answered at all. You pay a lot of money for "escorting", but you get a minimum of attention and a lot of understatement. If you expect a human attitude and detailed explanations, you will not succeed. Managers urgently need to change their approach to clients; management, pay attention. I have signed up at the office, I will come there and demand to receive an email for complaints and suggestions; if you have a book of complaints, I will write there too. I will attach all screenshots of the correspondence to the complaints so that the management can see how badly the managers work.

They make out the application (questionnaire) from your documents and information and send it to the consulate themselves. A Consul Prime employee meets at the consulate and directs them to the window (the reception is quick there), the consulate staff did not ask any questions about the application /questionnaire, the entire visit to the consulate took 10 minutes. There are no complaints about the work of Consul Prime, so 5 out of 5.
