Hello  We sold a new car on 10/16/2025, a Skoda Superb, which was involved in a traffic accident. On 10/17/2025, when accepting a car from a Skoda dealer, a specialist (auto picker) was called, he revealed 2 colors of the car and a torn nameplate with a VIN number.They didn't pick up the car, they left it at the dealer. There is zero response to a request to refund the money or replace the car.They said they would resolve the issue, but it has already been 2 months - the dealer is inactive. We have been sitting without a car and money for more than 2 months now.. There are photos and videos with pick-up measurements ROP Aidar and Director Kakeev in the course of business. Please understand the situation and give feedback!!!
