We were here on March 8th - it was cozy, the hostess is a lovely girl, the hospitality is cordial. No silly rules, rudeness or pretensions. Sometimes it was not even comfortable from the generosity and cordiality that the hostess gives to completely unfamiliar people. We cooked, Ate, drank and laughed all together, like one big family. True Abkhazian hospitality ❤ The outdoor kitchen format is my love! 🔥 There are no people in March, the beaches are free, the roads are free of traffic jams, the nature is amazing, the views are amazing. I don't understand how you can trade this format for concrete hotels with neighbors down the hall...

I really enjoyed my stay with Andrey and Yana: it's really five minutes from the door of the room to the beach, walking slowly along the path through a grove of relict pines. The room turned out to be quieter than expected: it turns out that Andrei had soundproof the walls, so the neighbors could not be heard, and although the sounds of passing cars were not completely muffled, he expected it to be noisier. There is always hot water, and the boiler is installed outside the room and bathroom. The air conditioner is placed very well, when you sleep, it does not blow into your head. The buttons on the remote control are fluorescent, it is very convenient to adjust the air temperature in the dark. The bed is a wide double bed with a one-piece springless mattress. The TV is powered by an Internet set-top box, so the choice of content is very wide. The fifth room, in which I stayed for two weeks, has a fairly large veranda with a cozy sofa, a table, two armchairs and an ottoman. Tea is drunk wonderfully in the evening! I consider it an important feature to carry out high-quality wet cleaning and replace bed linen and towels every week. There is a separate refrigerator with drinks in the dining room, which is regularly replenished by the owners. There are factory wines, champagne, vodka, beer and a large selection of lemonades, the margin is minimal. For example, beer - 100, Lykhny wine - 350, lemonade - 80 rubles (prices for September 2025). There are also homemade drinks, but I haven't tried them. Surprisingly, the bar works on trust: I took a bottle and put the money for it in a box on the refrigerator. But do not forget to pay: there is a camera watching the order in the bar from the ceiling, which is very reasonable) Special thanks to Yana for the opportunity to check out late: the flight from Sochi is late in the evening, and in fact you can enjoy your vacation for another day! But of course, it is important to understand that this is the courtesy of the hosts, available in case the next guests arrive later in the evening) Yana and Andrey, thank you very much! In terms of price-quality-hospitality, I give the Clover guest house a solid top five.
