At the same time, without options, they charge 10% of the order for service. The service is disgusting, the staff is uselessly polite. Savitsky is a good hotel, but living here it is impossible to be calm about food. It's easier, cheaper, faster, and quieter to travel around the city. This is the only plus... cons: The waitress, having seated us at a table and provided the menu, did not approach us for 20 minutes, all the time while we were waiting for the waitress, the staff went back and forth, creating the appearance of work... After 20 minutes, there were no waiters left in the hall at all and we had to attract the attention of the bartender and he had no choice but to take our order. After 5 minutes, the waiter (a new person who had not yet appeared in the hall) came up to us and asked us to repeat the order... We repeated it. We're waiting... 10 minutes pass, and again nothing happens... After about 15 minutes, beer is brought, then after another 15 minutes mojito, whiskey and juice... Hurray! it took about half an hour and drinks were brought to us ... Then, in the same spirit: slowly, without hurrying anywhere, asking again (for the third time) about the dishes we ordered, the waiters pinot our food. Further more: it was extremely strange to get a burger and not get gloves for it ((((... As a result, the burger was eaten without gloves... We also had to go for napkins ourselves and take them from another table, since again there were no waiters in the hall for a long time. And finally, about the bill...I had to ask for the bill twice and wait for it for 20 minutes. We won't come here anymore and we won't advise our friends. The service is one continuous sadness.... The quality of the dishes is also worth working on.
