I'm not one of those who often leave reviews, but here I wanted to mention the work of the restaurant. The service was easy and fuss-free, everything was clear and to the point, the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. It is clear that the team works confidently and with an understanding of its role, and this is always a reflection of proper management. It's nice when the quality is felt not in the words, but in the overall feeling of the visit.

I've never had any problems with KFC. I've always been a favorite place, so we were really looking forward to opening in Polotsk. However, we have already ordered there 2 times and were disappointed both times. The first time I ordered an I-twister, in which all the sauce was on the bottom, and the salad was terribly sluggish. At the same time, it was about 5 mm wide and 3 cm long in terms of parameters. There were no tomatoes there in principle. The second time we ordered the lux original twister, which included: strips, a drop of ketchup, a drop of mustard, cheese and 2 pickles. Lettuce, bacon, and onions were missing altogether! The question arises, what are we paying money for? Unfortunately, we ate at home both times, so we couldn't come and sort it out on the spot. We didn't take any photos either, but we will definitely do it if we come across something like this again.

There's a 20-minute queue, but that's okay. I had the order with me, there was no desire to turn it out and double-check it on the spot, but apparently it was worth it. As a result, everything was barely warm at the time of delivery (through a package), the basket box or whatever it's called (bucket) was mixed not spicy with spicy, although I ordered the original one (no one in the family likes spicy, plus they didn't put juice and a sticker from the children's kit in the bag. What kind of game? Everything in the photo is 64 rubles.
