In early October, we took a Toyota Fortuna for 4 days. We took an SUV specifically to go to Altyn-Emel on our own (including through the park itself) and Kolsai. The car is not new, but it was perfect for the route we chose. The car was delivered on time, or rather in advance in the evening, for which special thanks (we managed to leave the city in the morning before the traffic jams)! They washed it on their own before handing it over, and accepted it immediately without complaint. The deposit was refunded in full. I recommend the company (we will be happy to contact you again once we are in Almaty). PS: advice to tourists: at the pass, at the entrance to Basshi, they are filmed from a drone to detect the intersection of the solid! Our driver friends warned us and we didn't get caught! Cops can also measure speed right in motion (even in oncoming traffic), so if you see cops, slow down immediately!

I took a fortune for a trip with my family to Kolsai, the car was old and not in the best cosmetic condition, but from a technical point of view everything was great, nothing was knocking anywhere, the brakes were braking, the engine was patiently dragging 6 people and luggage 👍 the best SUV for 7 seats for my money 💪 we immediately agreed that they would take the deposit 5000 tenge per car wash, the rest of the deposit was returned 5 working days after the car was returned

English ❌ Terrible experience with Yandex Go car rental. They didn’t refund my $83, gave me a 2018 model instead of 2019, and the car battery (7 years old) failed, leaving my family waiting 3 hours. Hidden charges outside the city were never explained. Avoid this company! Russian ❌ Terrible experience rent through Yandex Go. I did not turn 83$, Dali model 2018 to 2019, battery 7 years old, and my family lived 3 hours. Additional meetings were held in the city. What a fool! Kazakh Жалдау renting a car through Yandex Go was very bad. I was not refunded доллар 83, instead of 2019, I was given a 2018 car, a 7-year-old battery failed, and my family had to wait 3 hours. Hidden fees for going out of town were not announced in advance. I do not recommend!
