The service at Kazpost leaves much to be desired. The terminal for issuing coupons is not working – you have to wait in line. The terminals for card payments are also not functioning. There is no security. It feels like the department is stuck in the 90s, even though we live in the days of "Digital Kazakhstan." The management does not respond to complaints, but it is time to change the approach and give a place to young and ambitious specialists who will be able to establish service.

Under the USSR, the post office worked much better. The queue is full of foyers. And the operator makes out one parcel for 40 minutes.
