Very polite staff! It was clean, tidy, and I was pleased with the speed of receiving the parcel. The same cannot be said about the mobile application. They live in different universes.

Very long service time There is only one window for sending parcels and you have to wait a very long time. The service time per person takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
