The roast I ate at Roaster Rustem was generally above my expectations. The taste of the meat is obvious; since the fat ratio is in place, it has both a strong aroma and a consistency that dissipates in the mouth. The portion balance is satisfactory, as are the accompanying accompaniments (rice/salad, etc. whatever you bought) is compatible to complement the flavor. They have done a “clean job” on a product that looks simple like roasting, but does not forgive mistakes. Jul. On the venue side, the layout, speed and service flow are also good. Even if there is a crowd, it is felt that the employees do not lose control; there is care about the arrival time of the order and hot service. The price-performance line also makes sense according to this quality. If I'm going to eat roasting, let the address be determined from the places that make me say; I'll go again.
