When asked again about skate maintenance, the answer was "I don't know." 3. The ice is bad, part of the territory is blocked, which makes it impossible to hold on to the sides. 4. There are so many people that it is impossible and unsafe to ride (The photo does not convey the number). 5. The administration's announcements over the "loudspeaker" are just indistinct noise, you can't make out anything (one phrase was repeated 4 times - I didn't understand anything). The service is at the zero level. I hope the administration will learn how to count people, check the condition of the ice, the availability and quality of inventory before selling tickets.
