The location is great. It's five minutes to Kata beach, almost 15 minutes to katana, because it's uphill. The nearest 7/11 is almost 20 minutes away. It's quiet at night, you can't hear the road. The rooms are large. We lived on the ground floor. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so we have never sat at a table outside. There is a clothes dryer. A running water heater, so there was always hot water. The room stock is small. Two-storey building in the courtyard with 4 rooms per floor. There is a mini bike parking in front of the rooms and the wall is all green. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. 5-7 minutes to a small market.

We booked a two-room bungalow through Agoda. The reality turned out to be better than expectations. A separate small bungalow with two rooms plus a kitchen. There is no street noise. They are cleaned every day. The cafe at this hotel is expensive, I recommend a little walk, you will find it cheaper. 7/11 is a seven-minute walk, 7-10 minutes to the sea. In general, everything is fine, I definitely recommend it.
