The reporting system in Kaspi Pay raises serious questions. 1) The Z-reports lack a breakdown by receipts per day, which makes it difficult to analyze transactions in detail. 2) When submitting reports on form 910, the amount is indicated automatically, which, as it turns out, is only approximate, which calls into question the accuracy of accounting. 3) The operators cannot give a clear explanation: at first they claim that the specified amount is the base for calculating 3%, but it is worth clarifying the details, as it turns out that the amount is only approximate. 4) There is no report that allows you to see a breakdown by payment methods from counterparties - there is no information about receipts in cash, via QR or remote payment. We have to take information from several reports to deduce the total amount for the first half of the year. All this creates an opacity of accounting and complicates financial reporting.
