Terrible carrier! Does not comply with the laws of the Russian Federation! We booked a ticket and paid for 17:00, arrived, it turns out we are not on the list!!!! They refuse to return the money! Rescheduled for 20:00! We are waiting for the result at the bus station for 3 hours. We were traveling with a dog, we bought a ticket for it separately and the carrier was warned, they clarified what the transportation requirements were: they only said a ticket, they took a blanket with them (a dog up to 35 cm). Although, according to the law, dogs up to 35 cm are transported without buying a ticket, well, OK, a ticket is a ticket. Upon boarding, the driver refused to transport a pet in the cabin, he said he would be lucky only as luggage!!!!!!! The result is 6 hours of wasted time, and they didn't leave! We will go to court, purely on principle!
