I liked the restaurant. We accepted the order very kindly and with explanations. According to the menu, the food is excellent, the portions are huge to the point that we were packed with leftovers. What they brought me was enough for dinner. And the waiter shared that "it's not enough for someone." Maybe! Because it's really delicious! Homemade red wine from the fridge is a pleasant start to a meal. Trout on coals, rustic potatoes, khachapuri "boat" — everything is wonderful! And the pickles! The cook is salting along with the beetroot. Apparently, this is why it has such a pleasant aroma and taste! My friends took caesar (well, a huge portion!), a pan of meat, salads. It was cooked pretty quickly (or was the wine too delicious that time flew by unnoticeably?) Of course, it was expensive. For three people — 6000. But this is understandable: it's the off-season; there are no people, but the territory is large and the expenses are decent. In general, those who are not constrained by money, have an hour of free time and want authentic Abkhazian cuisine with warm Caucasian hospitality, they will sit well in the Kaman restaurant.

The restaurant is located in a very beautiful place, in the Gumista gorge. The food is simple, homemade, but very tasty. The portions are large. The service is good. The toilet is clean. Prices are reasonable. We were the only customers, it felt like we were visiting, not a restaurant. The animator is a local cat, very cheeky, but absolutely charming.

Pros: great view from the windows, delicious barbecue, homemade lemonade, bread, khachapuri on a spit. The cons are the flies, it was too much. The smell of cigarettes, and it's +38 outside, and you have to choose either the heat or the smell of tobacco. Well, the hodgepodge was not impressed with the fat and meat, by the way, the meat is different boiled and fried, is that how it should be?
