The hotel is cheap and decent. But in the 5th floor internet is so weak doesn't work. Also the walls are not sound proof. You can hear what's happening in other room. Heater was too high. Had to keep opening window. But in budget I will say decent hotel.

Generally it was nice. I booked a comfort room with a small kitchen area up in the 5th floor, the building has no lift. However, I would say the bed was not that good, I had a slight back pain when I got home. But as I say. The best thing about it is the location, and friendly staff.

Остановились в Дель Арте на 2 дня 12 февраля 2025.Нас устроило расположение на Невском проспекте,близость к вокзалу и ко всем достопримечательностям и конечно же цена .В отеле очень приветливый персонал .В номере очень уютно ,есть телевизор ,холодильник .Душ и туалет в номере. Белье чистое.Есть кухня ,где можно подогреть еду и пообедать.Нас все устроило.Обязательно вернёмся сюда в следующий приезд.
