I go there often, the usual business center is not wow of course.But the rent is low and because of that, many tenants have been sitting for years.The main thing is clean and constantly cleaned in the offices.The director of the building himself does not bother anyone at all, the main thing is to pay the rent on time.And also there is now a Fixed price on the 2nd floor.And most importantly , there is a coffee shop on the ground floor from the end !!!There is very tasty coffee there!!!I go there for coffee, actually.Can you imagine 7 years drinking coffee there.And by the way the Magnum there is average from the word quite average
