It's not the first time I've ordered through JSM - mostly clothes from Uniqlo and cosmetics that can't be found here. I really like that the guys are always in touch and help me figure out the dimensions or the description in Japanese. Guys, this is a really cool service! I was hesitant at first because I Googled old reviews about support, but decided to take a chance. Everything came in one piece, packed perfectly, and the money was fine, not a robbery. The support managers responded in a couple of hours and helped with combining the orders. Before shipping, we sent photos of the goods in the warehouse, just to calm the soul. Special thanks for putting my purchases and my husband's figurine in one package. Everything was neatly packed, even a Japanese chewing gum was given as a gift. It was delivered quickly, and the package was easy to track. It's cheaper for money than buying from resellers here.
