the second time we buy shawarma here... and unfortunately it's bad, today we ordered 3 large ones (curry, barbecue and pepperoni), took the order with our 60 receipt attached, and in the package there are 2 large, 1 small shawarma (branded, mushroom and classic)…and someone is already eating our order((((.... before that, there was a situation in the summer where they gave us our order, but in one of them they asked us to remove the tomato before ordering, unfortunately it was!!! it turns out that the most inattentive employees are working... there will not be a third order in this place.

Dear readers, users, the administration of this point and its employees, who are not particularly respected by me personally (who specifically worked on 08/06/2025 around 6 pm), I want to express my opinion about the shawarma that I took from my beloved yesterday: the taste is excellent, the texture is 7/10, the service is 0/10. Why 0 is because when a person asks to remove an ingredient from a dish, it is customary to remove it, which the "respected" employees did not do, which is why I was extremely unhappy, and the consumer of this shawarma even more so. I will try to drop by and place an order one of these days, asking you not to put one or another ingredient in, if the situation repeats, I will contact the senior managers of your organization and write a complaint to the appropriate book, asking them to sort it out.

I periodically buy shawarma in this place. I opted for pepperoni, but without tomatoes, onions and garlic sauce. The taste is mediocre once in a while. They put tomatoes every other time anyway, just like in other types ordered earlier. Today we put sausages instead of pepperoni. I also came across incorrect positions in the receipt, one thing in the order - you open something completely different at home. In general, maybe the language barrier is affecting, or maybe you just don't care what you gave away.. When ordering take-out on time, you have to wait another 10-15 minutes. Lavash instead of cheese is given the usual 3 stars just for getting a really good and delicious product several times.
