We had a vacation in May 2025. Nice hotel in the center of Novaya Gagra. The rooms are clean, with snow-white towels and bathrobes. There was cleaning every day. Shampoos/gels were replenished as they were used. The warm pool was really warm. The food was not very varied, but the discount was that it was the beginning of the season and there were few guests. But at the same time, even my fastidious child did not go hungry. I definitely recommend it

The territory is like in a sanatorium, not big, but very picturesque, with its own access to the beach, and the coastline is very wide. Special thanks to the staff - Julia the receptionist is attentive, friendly, organized my good morning on Dr. The animators were two guys who organized a mafia game in the evenings, and my favorite maid, ALICE, was the most positive maid I had ever met.) We had a vacation together with my husband in May 2026. A great hotel, a small well-kept area with beautiful landscaping. Friendly staff. The Swedish line is small, but the dishes are varied, everything is fresh, hot and delicious cooked For people who adhere to the PP. Everything is there. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily, the linen is snow-white. The maid Nina is a very pleasant woman on the 1st floor. The restaurant manager is Inar, a great fellow, catering for vacationers at a height. Special thanks to the receptionist Tamara and the senior administrator Anna, there were problems with the check-in (from our tour operator), they were very attentive, everything was solved very quickly on the spot. Excursions can be booked at the hotel, the organizer explains everything well, but the driver- guide Vladislav is generally a "bomb", I advise everyone to go only with him, a good mood and positive emotions will be provided. The beach is 20 meters away, sun beds, umbrellas are just enough. If you want a calm, measured rest, then you are here!!!
