Cozy, quiet and warm, you can sleep well and have a good rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, with polite and helpful staff, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious, I recommend it!

Great hotel, clean and cozy. A nice bed with a good mattress. We were passing through Aktobe, stayed for a day. If necessary, we will definitely come back!

Disgusting service. I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. There's a RATCHET in the room, it's just awful. How can such an attitude towards cleanliness be allowed? But that's not all. At 8 a.m., I was woken up by a knock on the door and started asking: Are you Andrey?. Which Andrew? When I checked in, I provided an ID card with a Kazakh name written in black and white. Even outwardly it is obvious that I have nothing to do with "Andrey". It feels like the staff doesn't know who's staying with them at all. It's a complete mess, no respect for the guests. Money is wasted.
