A wonderful hotel with excellent service! We spent a few days and were delighted! Clean, cozy rooms with comfortable furniture and everything necessary for relaxation. The service is top–notch - the staff is attentive, polite and always ready to help. I would like to mention the restaurant separately – the breakfasts are delicious and varied, everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. I also liked the spa area: relaxing atmosphere, cleanliness and a good selection of services. The hotel left only positive impressions. We recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort and quality service! We will definitely come again!

I don't know how the hotel guests are served there, but as a guest of the restaurant, I can say that they used to cook very tasty food. But the last time I ordered a steak, the meat was old and smelly. To be honest, I didn't expect this from a five-star hotel restaurant. Complete disappointment. Since then, I have not visited the restaurant in this hotel. I visited the SPA at this hotel. The hostesses are different, some girls are very friendly, some are very sleepy and absolutely unable to communicate with the guests. I've seen the hotel rooms, and I can give you a solid five here.
