The view from the window is amazing in the evening and at night. The room is cozy, it's nice to come from a walk, turn on the air conditioner. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Denizli is not a particularly tourist city, so the prices at the market and in the shops are very pleasant. Nearby is Pamukkale, the famous "Cotton" city, which can be reached by city bus. We paid for the hotel room in advance for three days. And now the "cons" begin. We arrived in the city in the afternoon, tired from the road, hoping to get into a hotel faster, but... A "specialist" works at the reception, who spent 15 minutes reading the booking and payment form that we had printed out in advance. By the way, it has a photo and the address of the hotel, our names and a note about booking and payment. And everything. Then she took our documents. At that time, the guests who had already checked into the hotel came to her and wanted to change the room. And she unceremoniously put down our documents and began to change their number with an additional payment. It took another 15 minutes. Then she returned to our documents and began to study them again. As a result, we were told that we were not on the booking and payment list. After dialing the number, she connected us to a man, I don't know who he is, the owner, the receptionist or someone else, but he offered to pay for the room again and there is no problem, since the rooms in the hotel are empty. It took about 30 minutes to prove to him that we had already paid once and were not going to pay again. After that, the "Specialist" at the reception looked at the computer monitor again and we were settled without any additional charges. It was a stupid mistake to pay for breakfast at this hotel. This is the worst breakfast in Turkey in 12 days of travel.
