I gave away a recently purchased Nano stick heater that was not even two days old. Without visible mechanical damage, but with a problematic top cover - the magnet on one side did not hold in any way, due to this, the stick does not heat up normally (there is a second one that works properly, there is something to compare it with). The store explained this by saying that the heater was falling because of this, a magnet had gone somewhere in the lid, probably decided to "take a walk". The heater is 2 days old, it was checked at the time of purchase. During use, he did not fall, did not hit, and no one kicked him. I haven't received a clear response from the service, the response is vague, and there's nothing we can do. Bottom line: the product is not working properly, there is nothing they can do to help. The main thing for the store is to sell, and in the future they are not interested in how the purchased product will work.
