I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Anna Terekh, an employee of the Invitro laboratory at 168 Nezavisimosti Avenue, Minsk. I have very complicated veins due to chemotherapy, and each blood collection procedure is a test for me. Anna showed the highest professionalism and amazing skill: everything was easy and painless. But I especially want to note her concern after the procedure — Anna not only carefully performed blood sampling, but also explained how to protect the vein, advised not to overload it and refrain from lifting weights. Such care and sensitivity deserve special appreciation. Thanks to Anna, I felt not only high-quality medical service, but also human involvement, which is invaluable nowadays.

They explain everything in the registration windows, chew it up, thank you, but I would like to do it a little more quickly, because many people go to catch up before work. Come in advance. The management is kindly requested to increase the number of employees in the reception windows in the morning. There are no questions about further maintenance (blood collection, etc.), at the highest level.
