It was necessary to take tests urgently, the girl incorrectly consulted about the timing, I had to go twice, defend the queue that was barely moving and not leave without passing the necessary tests. I think that the management should take this into account and work with their employees or send them to refresher courses.

A wonderful branch. I've been there several times for urgent tests. Everything is quick and tidy, the staff is very friendly and courteous. Considering that the branch is small and there are 1-2 registrars, everything is pretty fast. They are clearly oriented in terms of deadlines and other information.
