I didn't expect such a setup from them. I've always used their services. Everything was always good. But. I came to take hemoglobin and ferritin, I needed them in a day. I was late for work because of this. They also suggested glucose and glycated hemoglobin. I didn't need it, but I agreed. As a result, hemoglobin and ferritin were not taken from me. thank you! I had to change my plans urgently! There are no words.

I passed the tests for biochemistry and some hormones, the reception is not very convenient, people are standing in one small corridor. Very inconvenient! no isolation, everyone knows what tests you're taking. After the tests were completed , a reply was sent to the mail at 2 o'clock , the response was incomplete , only a clerical blood test , without hormones and biochemistry . I had to find out where the rest of the tests were, phone calls to the call center... waiting until the evening. In the evening, another analysis file arrived . Without a call and clarification , the rest of the tests would not have been sent . Since in the contract all the purchased items were under one INZ and had to be sent in one single document . I don't recommend it, it's not a convenient laboratory.
