I visited different fitness halls: Invictus GO, Fitnation, Winox and others. But it was at Invictus GO Austria that the gym eventually became not just a place for training, but a real club for me. The difference between a regular fitness room and a club is in the atmosphere and the people. I want to return to the club not only for the sake of training, but also because of the feeling of connection with this place. Despite the fact that the halls were closer and more convenient for me, I went here for almost two years. Supervisor Akhletdin played a big role in this. Thanks to his attitude to people, attention and atmosphere, the hall has become a truly spiritual place. Such employees don't just create a service — they build customer loyalty and make the club special. Now Akhletdin is forced to move to another gym against his will, and unfortunately, as I understand it, the management is not taking any action to resolve this issue. It seems that the main thing is not taken into account: the coach and the person are always his clients. People get attached not only to the gym equipment and the interior, but also to the atmosphere that the team creates. For me personally, it was a big reason to think about leaving. I don't want to change my coach, so I'll probably have to move to another gym too. It's a pity, because such decisions must be made with the understanding that the club exists primarily for its customers.
