While I was living and working in Kazakhstan, I went to Viktor's training sessions. The coach is great. The shells in the hall are excellent. There aren't many people if you know the time to come. The showers are a bit sad, but, in general, they will do. Nice gym. I recommend Viktor, he is a good coach. I lost weight under his supervision from 92 to 81 kg.

Great gym. everything you need seems to be there. It's true that there are a lot of people in rush hour somewhere after 6. And so everything is not bad! the shower and locker room are normal. The girls at the reception are always polite and help when needed! Well, who goes to the gym is normal... there were no problems with cars or running tracks. I recommend it!
