From the very beginning, Kirill took over the entire process: searching for suitable options, checking the car's history, calculating the full cost, bidding, logistics, registration, and even assistance in finding spare parts. We would like to thank Intercargo for its help in buying a car from China. From the very beginning, there were many questions and worries, as this was the first purchase experience, but the team explained everything in detail and accompanied us at every stage. Special thanks to manager Artyom Nasilovsky — he was always in touch, answered quickly, in detail and to the point, there was real involvement, not a formal approach. There was full support at every stage of the purchase, and despite the time difference with China, there was 100% interaction and mutual understanding with Chinese partners. Within a few days, at our request, manager Artem provided several options, initially we considered the option with minimal mileage, but it was more profitable to buy a new car. Despite the rare model we chose, the manager offered us several body and interior color options. A nice gift was the charging station, which was not originally included with the car, and on Artyom's advice, an additional key was made directly in China, which is much cheaper than in the Republic of Belarus. Thanks to this, the process was calm and stress-free. The car arrived in excellent condition, fully meets the expectations and stated characteristics. We are very satisfied with the purchase, the impressions are only positive. Thank you for your professionalism and responsible attitude. We can safely recommend the company to those who are considering buying a car from China.
