I took my son on his birthday to this place and I am extremely satisfied with everything in there! People who work there absolutely love their job. It’s amazing to see their connection to the animals. Every animal in there has a story and the team tell you interesting facts about them in an engaging and fascinating way. I am an English speaker and they provided me an excursion in English. I want to recommend a guy called Ivan to the people who want an excursion in English. The team is highly friendly communicative, and the place is recommended to anyone who loves to explore about or overcome their fear of insects, snakes, arachnids and reptiles.

Были на экскурсии 30 мая: просто замечательно, экскурсовод молодой человек очень интересно рассказывал, не очевидные факты из жизни змей, пауков и рептилий . Нам очень понравилось . Также можно фотографировать, и гладить животных )) кто смелый

Отличное место для сенсорной и информационной перезагрузки. Добрейший экскурсовод не только даёт потрогать всех существ, которых можно трогать без вреда для себя и них, но и щедро делится любопытными фактами. Оказывается, на острове Сокотра паукам пришлось социализироваться и научиться жить вместе, пещерным рыбам совершенно не нужны глаза, рюющая лягушка-водонос является заботливым отцом, муравьи, чем древнее вид, тем крупнее, а кивсяк вовсе не плюётся кислотой (и откуда я это взяла?), а очень мило щекочет руку множеством лапок. В общем, полный восторг. Кто тоже любит удивительных существ - очень рекомендую.
