A pleasant club, two halls, 4 toilets, I like a variety of coaches, Lyudmila and Svetlana - I recommend them, they are very sensitive. Especially on Pilates. And they will ask about contraindications, and they do not suffocate with severe physical exertion, very moderately. There are a lot of equipment: rollers, balls, ribbons- it's cool, the coaches know how to use (not all FC coaches use). Among the disadvantages, taking off your shoes at the entrance is a little unusual than in other FC, and in winter it is a little harder to turn around with things, small lockers for things, and common hangers are sometimes occupied.
