I am frankly surprised by the speed of the registration and the solution of the issue with the direction to the maintenance station. Everyone who took part in the design was extremely friendly. They did their job quickly, without too much fuss and questions. I parked in a paid parking lot, and the specialist examining the car immediately advised me how to get directly to the office for free parking. In general, the impressions are extremely positive from the visit.

I got a full hard hat from Ingosstrakh for a new car with a three-year warranty. At the first insured event, I encountered an unpleasant situation: I contacted the insurance company, the windshield was chipped, the case was fixed, the insurance company insisted on repairs, although I immediately wrote a disagreement and demanded a replacement. I took a referral to an official dealer, but the dealer basically does not repair the glass, but only changes it. The insurance company refused to agree on a replacement and instead offered contacts of some sole proprietors for repairs. At the same time, they calculated only 85 rubles, without providing any calculation. As a result, the insurance company actually ignored the terms of the warranty and the position of the authorized dealer, and the decision turned out to be opaque and inconvenient for the client.
