I hope my review will help parents when signing a contract with the Infopost School company. There is no way to opt out of information services through the app, only by contacting technical support, I have not seen any mention of this. The contract is drawn up in such a way that there is no place for a check mark where you refuse additional payments.services. To the second child, I simply wrote in the contract that I refuse all additional services. I ordered a pass for the second child at the School Information Post organization, on February 14, 2026, at 17:15, I received an SMS that the child was registered in the program, after that, 3 hours later at 20:25, I received an SMS that 8 rubles were credited to the balance, as I thought for the pass, but a month later on March 17, 2026, I received an SMS that the debt -4 rubles, as explained to me in those.I have just been charged 4 rubles for information services for my first child, for services that I do not need and that I have not used since 2022. They told me that I should have known that in order to disable the information services, I would need to contact those.under the hood. I can't turn it off in the program myself, so I just didn't top up my account and didn't use this service. They said that they did not immediately charge 8 rubles for the pass, but waited for the first day (or something else). In those.They proved to me that they had done everything right and threatened to go to court and the school if I did not repay the debt. I think they misused my money. For some reason, it feels like I was deceived as a client when my money was used for information services that I didn't need, and it's not very pleasant to feel deceived. Write to those.support and ask them to disable all paid services if you don't use them, just in case, don't make my mistakes.

The office is terrible ((( They cheat by charging a fee higher than stated in the contract, so the feedback is also disgusting, or rather it does not exist at all. There's an answering machine on the phone that says all the operators are busy all day long. There is also zero reaction to messages in Viber. They send you an SMS message that the debt is on the balance, you replenish it, and then you receive another SMS that there was a technical malfunction.

It is impossible to get through, the time counter is running, you pay for the call, they say that all operators are busy for hours. The eldest child lost his card a year ago, goes in and out without it, we will not order a new one.
