It's hard to find from the street. There are photos of facades of buildings near the metro on booking sites, which creates a false feeling that there is a hotel. We had no problems, we looked at the panoramas in advance and imagined where to go. The location itself is excellent, walking distance from the metro, decent cafes, an excellent exchanger. The territory is clean, there is always someone at the reception at the hotel itself. The overnight check-in was arranged without any problems. Further, alas, the disadvantages: - The number was shown in a hurry. We didn't give it any importance, because we were very tired and the only desire was to eat and go to bed. - Instead of the declared junior suite, we received some kind of murdered baby economy. The bed creaked terribly with any movement, the bathtub was completely broken and flowed all the time, the walls were shabby, the plumbing was "killed" even without a divider, the closet was missing as a given. We noticed the discrepancy between the room and what was booked only after 1.5 days. They were too enthusiastic about the new city. They did not swear, they did not want to spoil their rest. Let this dishonesty be on the conscience of the hotelier. - there is no sound insulation at all, we heard everything that happens in the corridor even with the window closed. -There is no ventilation, as a result of dampness. The forced fan in the bathtub mostly catches up with the cold, it takes a lot of time to pull out the dampness a little. - The puddle was not removed from under the bathroom. I had to ask for a rag and solve the problem on my own. - The room has never been cleaned in 2.5 days. - The furniture is very old and pretty shabby.

It is convenient that there is a private parking at the hotel. Inexpensive price. Among the disadvantages, worn furniture and repairs, current plumbing. The entrance to the hotel was through an arch in the house, it was hard to find, we can say we almost despaired of finding it.
