If you are a real meat eater, you are definitely here. The menu is concise, without unnecessary decorations, and this only underlines the restaurant's confidence in its main character, the steak. I ordered a rib eye roast exactly as I asked. The meat is juicy, with a rich taste, served with classic demiglas sauce — nothing superfluous, just a pure emphasis on quality. The side dish is symbolic: 2 pieces of sweet corn and some salad leaves — minimalism, but in a theme so as not to interrupt the taste of the main dish. The service is pleasant: fast, clear and respectful to the guest. Bottom line: a great place for those who came for the taste of meat, not for excess. I'll come back again to try other types of steaks!
