We bought a backpack, and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the zippers. The zippers started to work poorly after a few months: they began to disperse on the pockets, and then elements began to fall off some of the zippers. Additionally, the zipper handles began to come off/peel off from the pockets. In general, we consider the quality to be very low — the backpack could not withstand normal operation even for a short time. I do not recommend the purchase.

Such things, advice: you ordered and call yourself, the seller apparently doesn't really care.
