The first floor has a coffee shop with tables for work, the second floor is library only. Normally, you should have a membership to use the tables, but it is not controlled.

We stopped at the library on the way (coworking space?): it's cozy and nice - someone is reading, someone is on a laptop, and someone is enjoying the views of the Bosphorus over a cup of coffee on a chair. It's a nice place, calm and so warm. If something is wrong with the jellyfish (I Googled it), do not feed them. I was more surprised by the peasant, who was not embarrassed by such a neighborhood.
